Brian Traver, MA
Brian serves as Evaluator for the Community and Clinical Connections for Prevention and Health (CCCPH) Branch. His academic and research focus has been in psychology and neuroscience for both his undergraduate and master’s degrees. Prior to joining the Division of Public Health, he lived in New York City where he worked at a leading research hospital seeking precursor biomarkers and prevention opportunities for Alzheimer’s disease. He also has years of experience in project and account management at a Fortune 500 company. Brian grew up in suburban South Jersey spending all of his summers at the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In his free time, Brian has spent time volunteering for suicide prevention, animal rescue, learning computer programming as a hobby and Portuguese so that he can speak in his wife’s native language.
